The Dover Public Library invites you to visit for some "Northern Hospitality" as Keith Stavely and Kathleen Fitzgerald introduce you to the historic Anglo-American cuisine featured in their new book “Northern Hospitality: Cooking by the Book in New England”, an introduction to New England cooks, cookbooks and recipes.
The presentation will be followed by samples of recipes highlighted in the book.
