Restorative Yoga at Dover Library

Take a little time to “chill out” this July with a series of Restorative Yoga classes, a program for all ages brought to you by the Dover Council on Aging.

Create better awareness between mind and body as you learn to breathe and let go.  Restorative Yoga is a slow practice, going deeper into the poses by holding them longer with the support of props.  Props allow the body to surrender into a supportive environment for complete relaxation.  As the body and mind move back into balance, they settle into a place of stillness.

Come discover a whole new way of shedding restlessness and busy-ness.  Yoga can work for all body types, many different stages of live, and for each person’s different moods.  Experience the restorative power of yoga.
