
Farm Day Party – Fun For
The Whole Family!
Sweet Meadow Farm in Sherborn, MA announces it will host ‘Farm Day Party’
July 28th 2013 and we invite everyone in the community to come out
for a day full of fun for the entire family!
All proceeds will be donated to Sam Turner, is a riding teacher
and long time employee of the farm. Sam caring and giving person she has
combined her love of horses and people and dedicated her life to teaching
anyone who wanted to learn to ride.
Sam was recently diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer. She is in the first round of treatment,
which will end in mid July; and although her treatment is covered by insurance,
it has left her weak and unable to work full time; all proceeds of this cancer fundraising
event will go toward Sam’s daily living expenses.

- Silent Auction
This local fundraiser
was created to help Sam, she is alone and on her own; Sam is 27 years old and
since her first day of working on the farm, she has become part of the
family. Sweet Meadow Farm is
hosting this event solely to assist Sam in this time of crisis and if anyone in
the community would like to donate baked goods (individually wrapped) for the
bake sale or items for the silent auction, they will be gladly accepted. Please

All proceeds from the ‘Farm Day
Party’ will be given to Sam for her living expenses during her time of crisis
so that she can concentrate on beating this disease and so she does not have to
worry about where her next meal will come from; we encourage everyone to attend
and support Sam in her time of need. We look forward to seeing everyone out
here on July 28th!
