You've heard about it or maybe watched it on TV, now come experience Kung Fu for yourself!

Maybe you grew up watching Kwai Chang Caine in the Kung Fu Series or more recently watched Avatar -The Last Airbender show. Discover this ancient form of martial arts and learn Dragon Form.
This form teaches you how to coil and uncoil your body to develop explosive power. Practicing this form will help you develop coordination between your upper and lower body. When you match your movement with proper breathing you can develop both external and internal strength.
This 45-minute lesson will teach you this Dragon form and the principles of how to practice it correctly to maximize overall body development. You will also learn how to apply this form for powerful self-defense.

Dragon form can be practiced by anyone age 6 to age 60. Regardless of your current physical condition, this form can help you build strength, flexibility and agility. Regular practice can help enhance your stamina and improve joint mobility.
