MOVIE NIGHT AT FENWAY PARK PRESENTED BY MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC FEATURES "FERRIS BUELLER'S DAY OFF" WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29
Red Sox to Welcome Families While Team is On the Road; Classic 80's Movie Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary

WHAT: Fans of all ages invited to Fenway Park for a movie night on Wednesday evening, June 29. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, the 80’s classic comedy about a teen who feigns illness in order to skip school and spend a carefree day exploring Chicago with his friends, will be featured on the Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Vision® center field videoboard.
To ensure the best viewing on the 40 by 100-foot Diamond Vision videoboard, fans in attendance will be seated in the lower seating bowl, and down the first baseline. Fenway Park gates will open at 7 p.m. for the 8:15 p.m. movie showing. Attendees will be invited to walk the warning track from 7 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., weather permitting. Concessions will be available.
The movie, directed by popular ‘80’s filmmaker John Hughes, is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its 1986 release. The PG-13 film stars Matthew Broderick as Ferris Bueller, Alan Ruck as his best friend Cameron, and Mia Sara as his girlfriend Sloane.

General admission tickets for the public, priced at $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under, are on sale now. They can be purchased at redsox.com/movienight by calling (877) REDSOX-9, or by visiting the Fenway Park ticket office. Fans with disabilities can call (877) REDSOX-9 to purchase accessible seating.
