Sharon Man in Dover Charged with 2nd OUI

Police say his first offence occurred in February of this year.

DOVER, MA - A Sharon man will face a drunken driving charge out of Dover.

At about 5:22 p.m. Saturday night, Dover police received a report that a driver was unable to stay in their travel lane and drove through several stop signs. Officers were able to locate the vehicle and place the driver, a 21-year-old, into custody. He was charged with his second drunken driving charge, according to the Dover Police Department.

Police say his first offense occurred in February of this year.

The man, whose name was not released, was held on $3,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Dedham District Court.
