Town Of Dover: Registration Update For The Drive Through Flu Clinic Tomorrow, October 5th

Spaces are still available at the flu clinic tomorrow, October 5th from 11 am - 5 pm at the Dover Highway Department (2 Dedham Street). 

Please note online registration has closed.

Please print and fill out the attached PDF form for each person in your car and bring it with you to the clinic.

If you are bringing a paper form, you DO NOT need to arrive at a specific time.

Flu vaccines will be administered while you are masked and inside your vehicle. The shots are available for ages 3 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Limit 4 persons per vehicle.
