Dancing Arts Center is proud to congratulate Upton resident, Amelia Noreau on receiving a dance scholarship for this summer.
Noreau will attend the Boston Ballet Summer Intensive Program from June to August on a scholarship. Boston Ballet was founded in 1963 by E. Virginia Williams and is the first professional repertory ballet company in New England. It is one of the major ballet companies in North America and among the top companies in the world. Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen maintains a repertoire of classical, neo-classical and contemporary works.
“We are proud of Amelia for her latest achievements and wish her the best this summer. We look forward to having her share her experiences during these terrific dance opportunities,” says DAC Co-Director Gregg Saulnier.
