• Dracut (MA) Firefighters Battle Three‑Alarm House Fire (fireengineering.com) — A three-alarm fire destroyed a single-family home on Salem Road in Dracut Tuesday evening, forcing firefighters to battle intense flames, a long stretch to the nearest hydrant, and oppressive heat. No residents were hurt, but the house is a total loss, and one firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion as crews from multiple towns helped Dracut firefighters contain the blaze and douse hot spots late into the night.
   

• PrideStar Trinity EMS Helps Honor Gym Owner's Legacy with AED Donation and Community CPR Training (insidelowell.com) — In memory of Edge 24 Hour Private Fitness owner Paul Newt, PrideStar Trinity EMS has installed a new AED at his Dracut gym and will soon provide free CPR and AED training to family, staff, and friends. The effort, supported by local police and Paul’s loved ones, aims to better protect gym members and nearby plaza visitors while turning a local loss into lifesaving preparedness.
