His parents and sister still live in town, and friends will remember his hockey achievements, devotion to his wife Marifel, and deep pride in their two children. Memorial contributions can support his children’s college savings.

• Elizabeth Wiese: Arborescence (lenscratch.com) — A Duxbury-based photographer’s forest-inspired series, much of it created in the town forest and local woods, is gaining wider attention after a Griffin Museum exhibition. Elizabeth Wiese’s Arborescence project blends self-portraits and trees from Duxbury and beyond to explore identity, memory, and nature. She lives and works in Duxbury, often drawing directly from its landscapes.

• Lindsay Clancy appears in court as trial approaches (nbcboston.com) — A Duxbury woman charged in the deaths of her three children has appeared in court for the final hearing before her upcoming murder trial. Lawyers and the judge settled key trial details, including jury size and which witnesses can testify about postpartum experiences. The case, drawing statewide attention, centers on questions about mental health and medication following childbirth.
