One of the more memorable team plays that exemplifies this group was on a Mike Ferrara carry. Mike was grinding hard to keep moving with multiple Bedford defenders on his back. His teammates noticed and immediately jumped in to move a 20-man pile at least ten yards after the whistle had blown!!
I'll also give credit to the Bedford team for not giving up and their quarterback, No. 14 Joe Zampell, for leading the team to three TD's.
