To The Editor
In a few weeks, residents of Easton will be asked to go to the polls and vote to elect new members to our Board of Selectmen. Two members are stepping down after years of public service.

A word of caution: just because things are “quiet” in town government; it doesn’t necessarily follow that, as a neighbor told me, “it won’t really matter who we elect – things are running really well right now.”
Things are running “really well” precisely because it DID matter whom we elected when we voted for our officials over the past number of years. Getting the right people in leadership roles in the Town of Easton has resulted in one of the best run municipalities in the Commonwealth. We cannot take that for granted.
On April 30th, we’ll have that chance again. I support Dottie Fulginiti for Board of Selectmen. I have known Dottie for a number of years. She is a thoughtful, sensible and responsible member of our community – a successful small business owner, an active and involved parent, a tireless worker on behalf of community resources and events and an engaged citizen who cares about where our town is headed and how we’ll get there.
I believe that a vote for Dottie will be a vote for all of the residents of Easton, not a select few. Dottie will be a Selectman who will listen to our residents, work collaboratively with our officials and department heads, and think creatively about the best way to keep our town fiscally responsible and actively moving forward.
Please get out and vote on the 30th - and, please consider giving Dottie Fulginiti one of your votes for Selectman.
