Taking on the Big Issues
We all know that sitting on the sidelines and playing it safe get us nowhere. There's a future out there. It's ours to shape, to make our own. We just have to stand up for what we believe in.

Over the last couple of weeks, I've sent you details on my plans to create jobs and make college affordable. You can find my State Representative platform here.
And, at a time when women's rights are under attack, I proudly announced my endorsement by the National Organization for Women—Mass. NOW.
But all of this has a back story.
Since joining the Brockton City Council, I've championed new ideas and stood up to powerful interests because it was the right thing to do.
We all know that sitting on the sidelines and playing it safe get us nowhere.
