The "Fools and the Hill"

While there is not enough space available nor time to list them all, I am shining the spotlight on two individuals who by title alone represent me and the voters of my district.

I introduce Senator Brian Joyce and Representative Clair Cronin.

Let us begin with Brian Joyce:  He took the cowardly way out of a problem by sticking it to the taxpayers (as opposed to the voters) on a Saturday with new tax hikes to fund some of the many things the taxes we currently pay are supposed to be funding.  Never miss a chance to tax the working person, right Brian? 

Now if Brian was a leader and not a coward, he might have looked at the problem and see that we already tax what is left of the working taxpayer but they squander this money on things and people (Illegals) for which this money is not intended.

Taking the easy way out of something alone does not necessarily a coward, but to also do it in the sneaky fashion as on a Saturday, away from the prying eyes of the taxpayer does.  If you need further assurance that those charged with representing you are not doing their job, how about waiting for a very comfortable six months after the election and waiting for a year after the next election before having the increases take effect.  This is as self serving as it gets.

This way, the normally comatose electrorate will forget by then and after a few well placed "tickels" will be happy to re elect these crooks and the beat(ing) goes on. 

I promise you all that I will be to remind you about how we were treated.

Not a bad day's work Senator Joyce.  Once again you have done a great job for the "Takers" at the expense of the "Makers".

Next, we have "rookie" Representative Claire Cronin.  Ms. Cronin has done a great job doing the House Speakers business.  Too bad she doesn't do the districts business but this job is all about her new career and not about the people she is supposed to work for.  She too votes for these new taxes.

Representative Cronin has proven to be a fast learner with votes against EBT reform, keeping the MBTA pension system a well-guarded secret and not even considering a plan to raise Millions of uncollected monies via a tax amnesty program.

Her latest idea (scheme) is to allow ILLEGALs to have drivers' licenses.  All they need do is have insurance and away they go.  Yeah, that will work.  How about allowing the rest of us to forgo all of the many taxes heaped upon us and only have to pay for auto insurance?  You think the crooks at "Bacon Hill" would like that?

Honestly, you cannot make this stuff up and neither should you ever use the word honest when talking about the crowd on the hill. 

This all boils down to taxation without representation.  Do these words still have any meaning to you?  They sure don't mean little to this group.

The Beatles used to sing about the Fool on the Hill, but in Massachusetts, they might be on the hill, but we are the fools.
