Brigham and Women's / Mass General Health Care Center at Patriot Place Expands Services to Include Ear Nose and Throat Care

The Brigham and Women’s / Mass General Health Care Center at Patriot Place is now providing comprehensive Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) services to its patients with the opening of the facility’s third-floor expansion Tuesday morning.

“Brigham and Women’s / Mass General Health Care Center at Patriot Place is a thriving health care center and the addition of ENT services will provide a huge benefit to our local communities by expanding access to world class health care,” said Patriot Place General Manager Brian Earley.

The center’s ENT services will include audiology for adult and pediatric patients and a new full-service Hearing Aid Center that will be staffed by experienced audiologists who are certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. These specialists will provide a comprehensive range of services related to hearing aids and assistive listening devices for patients of all ages.  

“I’m excited by the opportunity to provide convenient, comprehensive and high-quality ear, nose and throat care to patients in and around the local Foxborough community,” said Rachel Roditi, MD, a physician in the Division of Otolaryngology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, who will now see patients at the health care center.

Additionally, the center’s ENT/head and neck surgery specialists will provide evaluation, management, office-based procedures, outpatient surgery and inpatient surgical consultation for the following:

• Nasal and sinus problems
• Pediatric ear, nose, and throat problems
• Sports injuries to the ear, nose, face, and neck
• Sleep disorders
• Ear disorders
• Hearing disorders, including hearing loss
• Oral cavity and throat disorders
• Voice and airway disorders
• Head and neck disorders (infection, inflammation, and lesions)

While complex inpatient surgical procedures take place at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, most pre- and post-operative care can be performed at the Foxborough health care center as well as outpatient surgical procedures.
