“We had about 20 children sign up in advance but we had about 10 people drop in which is always nice,” said Mabry.
Masha Kozlov, 5 of Canton, had fun painting her owl with brown paint and gluing on many feathers for decoration. She also had fun choosing the colors for her paper flower.
“I made it with lots of different colors,” said Masha. “They have lots of colors like the rainbow.”
Store employee Deana Mahan helped children with their paper flowers.
“We always have a good turnout, the kids love it, and we have lots of fun,” said Mahan of Stoughton, as she helped a customer named Olivia with her flower. “This is just one of many activities we have throughout the year; we have a lot especially in the summer.”
This year’s activity theme will be “CMT: Create It, Make It, Take It.”
