EWOT Style Swap and Ladies Night a Success

The event was held at Porticello last week.

Submitted to Easton Patch:

An event to remember!  Women flocked to Porticello's Ristorante on Rt. 138 in Easton for the brand new Easton Women of Today event.  The bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, pizzas and more were absolutely delicious as are all of owner Mario Sanfillipo's menu items.  The bar was hopping with distinctive martinis and a selection of fine wines.  The restaurant made a perfect location for this event and is available for many others.  Meet up on Tuesday's over a drink, have dinner on Thursday from the authentic Italian menu, and finish a Saturday evening with tiramisu and espresso.

There were small business, women-owned style and pampering vendors for perusing.  They included Delightful Dazzles, Serenity Spa, Sisters4Haiti, ItWorks, Vault Denim, fibi & clo, Miche Bags, and Be Green Bath and Body.  If you missed something at Ladies Night Out, all can be found on the internet for further orders.

The Style Swap was the biggest draw of the evening.  Trust in Tricia had a line of women turning in a variety of clothes, handbags, shoes, accessories, and many other items.  For each item that was turned in, each women received a swap ticket to shop for the same number of items in the boutique of all the clothes received.  Clothes are folded and lined up on tables, shoes are placed in display holders, dresses and coats were hung on wardrobe racks, and scarves and belts were draped over bureau drawers.  It was so organized and beautiful with all the colors and options.

When the boutique opened, women flooded in searching through everything and anything in different colors, different sizes, and different styles to rebuild their wardrobe.  The consultants on hand, in addition to Tricia Cromwell, helped women locate items and pair with others in their style.  As each person checked out, their selections were neatly folded, wrapped in vibrant tissue paper, and placed in stylish bags.  In addition to the Style Swap, Trust in Tricia specializes in closet analysis, style evaluation, and redesigning your current clothes to work with new key pieces.
