Selectmen to Discuss DJ Henry Monday Night
The Board of Selectmen will vote Monday on whether or not to draft a letter supporting to the Justice Department asking for an independent investigation on the Henry case.

The will discuss Monday whether or not to draft a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a federal investigation in the case of DJ Henry.
The Easton native was shot and killed outside of a bar in Thornwood, NY on Oct. 17 by

Henry's parents, and their lawyer Michael Sussman, have begun a letter-writing campaign to the Department of Justice asking for the federal government to take over in the investigation. Last month the parents . Sussman said he does not believe the New York District Attorney's office, which works closely with New York's police departments, can conduct an objective investigation.
The discussion amongst Easton selectmen will come the same night the Brockton City Council is expected to discuss DJ Henry as well, according to the Enterprise of Brockton.

"The family has asked for our support in their grief and I plan on supporting them," Corona said about the agenda item.
"The Henry family has just shown amazing dignity and grace during this horrible time," she said. "The Henry family has told me how overwhelmed they are with the support of the community."
