Lions Thrift Store Looking for Those Spring Cleaning Donations
The grange is open for business again this weekend.

Submitted to Easton Patch:
Being open Wednesdays from 10 to 2 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, we are an all Lions and Grange volunteer organization at the old Grange hall on Route 138 (192 Washington Street, North Easton) - and we beat Building 19's prices every day we are open. Donations keep pouring in and the foot traffic has never been better. Best time to come is between 9 and 11 AM on Saturdays - the bigger crowds come in after 11 it seems.
Several people looking at the Chrysler Convertible, but no buyer yet.

That's right. Tom O'Brien, a special friend of the Easton Lions Club, has donated his 1989 Chrysler LeBaron convertible. This fun car has been VERY well cared for by Tom and he has the records to prove it. Oil every 3,000 miles,, etc. Not a dent on it an only a couple scratches. Slight fade on the hood, but the top is in fine shape (although it has a couple patches) - the top comes with a nice cover for when it's in the down position. Makes it look "snazzy"; and the leather interior is in great shape. Might need muffler change. Sure it has plenty of miles on it (about 145,000), but this fun car will take you to Sunday brunch in style. Asking $2,500. We hope to have the vehicle at the Grange this Saturday. Come take a look at it. It's a lot of car for the money.
We have a family in need of a clean twin size mattress, which the Lions will in turn donate to this cause. Call lee at 508 238 4260, or just drop it by at the grange.

We still do those VHS to DVD conversions at $10 each. That's half the going DISCOUNTED price at Costco. Save those wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc tapes of years ago. Lots of memories will be lost to children, grandchildren and great-grand children, if you don't convert before those old VHSs turn to dust. Call Lee at 508 238 4260
Weather looks good for this coming Saturday. Look for us to have a mess of new and different items out front. We are ready to bargain.
And as many donations as we get, we are still looking for more. Best time to bring them to the Grange is 8:30 to 9:30 AM on Saturdays.
