The case, investigated by Easton Police, involves an external STEM camp program and includes strict release conditions while the defendant awaits a September probable cause hearing. 
• Groton ends Flock Safety camera contract and plans new approach (shrewsburypost.com) — Groton is ending its contract for Flock Safety license plate reader cameras and will revisit the technology at its Spring 2027 Town Meeting. Easton is among several Massachusetts communities that have already cut ties with Flock, citing privacy, data-sharing, and oversight concerns that may resonate with local residents.
