South Shore Dermatology Physicians welcomes new associate

(No. Easton, MA) – There’s a new addition to the team of Board certified dermatologists at South Shore Dermatology Physicians (SSDP) in No. Easton.

Lindsay Eminger, MD, has recently joined SSDP as an Associate and has begun seeing patients there.

Eminger brings an outstanding record of achievement to her new job. A 2005 graduate of the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, she attended the Georgetown University School of Medicine from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2009. At Georgetown, Eminger received the George M. Kober Award for highest grade point average in her graduating class.

Following a year-long internal medicine internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, during which she was named Intern of the Year, Eminger completed a three-year Dermatology residency at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey, where she served as chief resident in dermatology. She completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania in 2014. Eminger also was lead author on several scientific journal articles as well as chapters in Dermatology textbooks.

Board certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology, Eminger is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and is pending membership with the Massachusetts Academy of Dermatology (MAD). Licensed in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, she is on the staff of the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton.

At SSDP, Eminger will provide high quality medical and surgical dermatological care for people with all kinds of skin conditions. Her areas of special interest include the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer.
