Where/When: Brockton Boys and Girls Club/ Saturday all day

In partnership with the Arnone Elementary School and in support of the city-wide Keep Brockton Beautiful Day, the Club will be a hub of service activities. Everyone in the community is invited to participate. Many service activities are planned to enhance the lives of children in need, Armed Forces troops, and our surrounding neighborhoods. The Easton 99 Restaurant will provide lunch and, for those looking for some additional exercise, Coaching for Change teen leaders, a.k.a. “Game Changers” will facilitate fitness activities.

Why Go?:

The Easton Lions Grange Charitable Thrift Shop is open every Wednesday from 10-2 and Saturdays from 9 to 3. We are located at the intersection of Rt.138 & Elm St, next to the Union Villa. Your donations are tax deductible.

New used inventory coming in all the time. We are loaded for bear. Dining sets, end tables, couches, chairs, patio sets, glassware, prints, paintings, tools, collectibles, jewelry, nick-knacks, books, toys, bikes, records, clothing, baby things, household items, and an endless count of usable items by the many hundreds. Everything is priced to move and everyone can dicker. No reasonable offers refused.

Why Go?

Women’s, Men’s, Teens, Formal Dresses, new or gently used clothing and accessories

We will have Wedding Dresses and brand new clothes still with tags on them along with slightly used clothing, pocketbooks, shoes, and jewelry.

Back on the Rack is a church run "Seasonal Consignment Sale", at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in North Easton.

Where/When?: Children's Museum in Easton/ 1 p.m. Saturday

Why Go?:

Join us as we learn about Cape Verde through music, food, dancing and crafts.  Students from the Cape Verdean Student Association of Bridgewater State University will be visiting the Children’s Museum in Easton on Saturday, April 21 from 1-3pm to share their cultural heritage and help lead the fun.

Where/When?: Oakes Ames Memorial Hall/ 6 p.m. Saturday

Why Go?:

The Oliver Ames Softball Program is pleased to announce its 5th Annual Grand Slam Softball Soiree to the residents of Easton.  This event is open to anyone who would like to participate, purchase a ticket and attend the event.  There will be a Wine Tasting provided by Pop’s Fine Wine and Liquor’s, a silent auction, raffle item donated from business in Easton and surrounding towns. 

Ticket price for the event is $25.00 per ticket.  It includes a buffet dinner and wine tasting. 

All funds raised from this event will support Oliver Ames Softball and making their season successful, memorable and exciting.  Thank you for all of your support and we look forward to seeing you there!

Why Go?:

At 1pm & 3pm.  First, enjoy a special performance from the Boston Cannons Dance Team.  Then, it is your turn to take the stage.  Team members will teach you the steps so you can get moving, have fun and stay healthy!
