2 Falmouth Men Arrested in Heroin Sting

Police on Friday arrested two men in a heroin sting in Mashpee.
Damian “Clinton” Andrews, 31 (at left), and Jeremy Lopes, 37, both of Falmouth, were charged following a surveillance operation in the parking lot of the Sea Mist Resort.
Police said they found Andrews had 42 grams of heroin and $1,600 in cash in his 2007 Mercedes-Benz. He was charged with heroin trafficking and conspiracy.

Lopes was riding in Andrews’ car and charged with being present where heroin is kept and conspiracy, police said.
The sting was conducted by Mashpee police, Falmouth police, State Police, and the FBI.

Andrews has a rap sheet that includes dealing marijuana and threatening a pregnant woman earlier this year, police said.
