The Patrick legacy is at fault for the massive financial fiasco at the New Bedford ocean wind turbine port costing 124 million unfinished going into phase two. The port was leased to Cape Wind in September of 2014 without knowing the final cost of the ocean wind turbine port.

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is the owner of the ocean wind turbine port and will no longer comment on the Cape Wind lease, construction costs or the completion date of what they call phase two.

The Massachusetts news media has lost its integrity hiding facts over massive renewable energy failures in Massachusetts like Evergreen Solar and the Charlestown wind blade testing site.
