'After the Diagnosis' at Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host the educational session, “After the Diagnosis” on Tuesday, June 7 at 12 p.m. A memory loss diagnosis can be hard to hear and even harder to navigate. Join us to gain insight on the next steps to take, how to discuss the diagnosis with friends and family and where you can find support.
