An American-Cape Thanksgiving: Sea Crest Beach Hotel to Host Holiday Feast With All the Trimmings

A Thanksgiving feast with a side of Instagram-worthy ocean views is sure to draw out-of-town guests and local residents alike to Cape Cod’s quintessential Sea Crest Beach Hotel. On Nov. 27, Falmouth’s family hot spot will host a buffet bursting with local flavors and holiday favorites in its Ocean View Room.

The American-Cape Thanksgiving feast, created by Sea Crest’s executive chef Daniel Kenney, will feature a spread of hot and cold stations with selections including New England Farm Stand Cheeses, Dried Fruits and Nuts; Fall Greens With Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Roasted Local Apples and Aged Cheddar; Pumpkin Ale-Poached Peel-N’-Eat Shrimp on Ice; and Grain Mustard and Cranberry Crusted Free Range Chicken With Barley Root Vegetable Salad. Hot selections include Red’s Clam Chowder With Westminster Crackers; Carved-to-Order Cider-Glazed Organic Whole Turkey With Cape Cranberry Sauce and Giblet Gravy; Maple-Scented Butternut Squash; Petite Pepper-Crusted Sirloin Steak With Sauce au Poivre and Great Hill Blue Cheese; and Thyme and Sage-Marinated East Coast Salmon With Spaghetti Squash and Golden Potato Hash.

Rounding out the meal will be a Sweets Table with homemade pies ranging from apple to pumpkin and pecan; Warm Cranberry Apple Cobbler With Cinnamon Chantilly; Chocolate Waffles Made to Order With Fresh Berries and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; and Double Chocolate Raspberry Torte.
