Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee to host "Dementia 101: Understanding the Disease"

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host a Memory Care Education Series in 2015. The first event, “Dementia 101: Understanding the Disease” on Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. at the Welcome Center located at 400 Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151).

Attendees will discover ways to cope with the challenges of caregiving and support a high quality of life for their loved ones and themselves. All presentations will be given by Bridges® by EPOCH Memory Care Specialist, Alicia Seaver, certified Memory Impairment Specialist by the National Institute on Aging.

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, located at 462 Old Barnstable Rd., will open in summer 2015 and include 54 apartments.
