Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee to host 'Recognizing and Dealing with Caregiver Stress'

On Tuesday, March 17 at 2:30 p.m., Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host the presentation, "Recognizing and Dealing with Caregiver Stress."

On Tuesday, March 17 at 2:30 p.m., Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee will host the presentation, “Recognizing and Dealing with Caregiver Stress,” at the Parish of Christ the King, 3 Job’s Fishing Rd. Caregivers are invited to attend and learn strategies for alleviating stress and improving the caregiving experience. This presentation will be led by Bridges by EPOCH Memory Care Director Alicia Seaver, a memory impairment specialist certified by the National Institute on Aging.

This event is part of Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee’s ongoing educational series on memory care. All presentations will be held at the Parish of Christ the King on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 2:30 p.m. Presentations are free and open to the public but space is limited. The memory care community Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee, located at 462 Old Barnstable Rd., will open in summer 2015 and include 54 apartments.
