A Cape Cod Christmas

There’s just something about Christmas morning on the Cape. Cold winter breezes from Old Silver Beach, a snowflake or two in the air, and presents from Santa under the Christmas tree make for a magical holiday. Sea Crest Beach Hotel in North Falmouth will celebrate with a special holiday rate on Dec. 24 and a Cape-inspired Christmas Day Brunch on Dec. 25.

Guests can spend Christmas Eve night cozied up by the fire in one of Sea Crest’s fireplace rooms, or reading holiday stories snuggled under the covers with a special rate that includes overnight accommodations and brunch for two starting at just $149.

On Christmas morning, a Cape-inspired brunch created by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will feature hot and cold stations including omelets and farm fresh eggs, and warm buttermilk waffles made to order; crispy smoked bacon and breakfast sausage; fresh-baked breakfast pastries, muffins and fruit tarts; Christmas ham; poached jumbo shrimp and snow crab claws on ice; and black-truffle-and-Fontina-stuffed free range chicken.
