Cape Cod Man, 37, Arrested for 'Tickling' Children at Play Park: DA
Justin Kettell, 37, was arrested on charges he indecently assaulted two girls at Billy Beez play park in Kingston.

BOURNE, MA — A Bourne man inappropriately touched two girls at a local play park Sunday, police said.
Justin Kettell, 37, was arrested on indecent assault charges. He was held on $20,000 bail.
The incident allegedly happened at Billy Beez, an indoor play park in Kingston for children age 3-12. A parent reported Kettell chased the girls, trying to tickle them. Parents and a staff member tried to stop the Kettell but he fled the building, police said. A parent used a smartphone to snap a photo of Kettell and send it to police, according to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz.

Kettell was arrested a short time later in Plymouth, Cruz said.
Kettell is due back in court May 4.
