Cape Cod Man Snorted Heroin, Crashed Into Pole, Van: Police

A Cape Cod man snorted heroin, passed out from an overdose, then crashed his truck into a utility pole and a van in Yarmouth Monday, police said.
Jonathan Looney, 29, of Yarmouth, was arrested and charged with a host of crimes.
Police said he was behind the wheel of a red Ford Ranger on Great Western Road. After losing consciousness, he veered off the road and struck the pole, slicing it in half, police said. His vehicle continued and hit a parked Mercedes van, knocking it on its side, police said. The driver of the Mercedes was not hurt.

First responders administered Narcan to Looney and transported him to Cape Cod Hospital.
He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, reckless driving, and a lane violation.
