Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod to Open in North Falmouth

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod is continuing its expansion in Falmouth with the opening of a full-service branch in North Falmouth later this year. The bank recently completed the purchase of 660 North Falmouth Highway and expects to begin renovations on the building in mid-June. 

The 1,500 square-foot branch will offer a range of consumer and business banking products and services, as well as residential and commercial lending.  The bank will also feature a drive-up teller window and a full-service 24-hour ATM. 

Slated to open in late 2012, this will be the eighth location for the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. The North Falmouth branch comes on the heels of the grand opening of the bank’s Loan and Business Development Center at 649 Main Street in downtown Falmouth last month.

When we opened our Loan and Business Development office downtown, we said we were committed to bringing true community banking back to Falmouth. The bank expects to hire up to six full-time employees to staff the new branch.
