During World War II a political party in Germany decided to advance medicine without the consent of the patients upon whom the experiments were conducted and with total disregard for the patients suffering.

In Falmouth people are suffering headaches, insomnia and depression because of a 400-foot tall town-owned wind turbine that began operating in 2010. The wind turbine is called Falmouth Wind One.

The state of Massachusetts and the former governor Deval Patrick Administration’s goal to expand wind power is still today taking its toll on our citizens in communities across the state.

Falmouth, Massachusetts is unique because five local doctors signed a letter claiming the wind turbines cause no harm.

Five Falmouth doctors and the Town of Falmouth are guilty of :

1. No voluntary consent or notice of and to the human subjects living around the turbines. Consent is absolutely essential.

2. The Falmouth wind experiment was random and unnecessary in nature. The town had been warned prior to installations the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise twice the specifications.

3. The Falmouth turbine experiment was directed first on humans and should have been designed and based on the results of animal experimentation.

4. The Falmouth Wind 1 installation caused physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. There was prior reason to believe that disabling injury will occur as far back as 1987 and as recent as a 2005 Mattapoisett wind study produced by the Massachusetts Clean Center.

6. No degree of risk was taken or studied prior to installation of the Falmouth Wind 1 turbine

7. No preparations or precautions were taken to prevent the remote possibilities of injury or disability.

8. The installation ignored prior scientifically qualified persons and testimony going back to Boone, North Carolina in 1987

9. After the commissioning of the turbine into operation the wind turbine victims ( up to 200 families) were denied the liberty to stop the wind turbines

10. The five Falmouth doctors and the Town of Falmouth failed to exercise good faith, superior skill, and careful judgment required of them.

The five Falmouth doctors have never withdrawn their letter.
