Falmouth Article 2 Harbinger Of Massive Taxpayer Litigation Fees By Eminent Domain
Politics and the English language what you read isn’t always what it means. Article 2 is expensive.
On October 5, 2015 Article 2 was proposed to the Falmouth Select Board for consideration. The Falmouth Select Board endorsed Article 2 and sent it for Town Meeting Members to vote on November 10, 2015.
November 10, 2015 is the date of the Special Town Meeting for the wind turbines.
Article 2 is posted on the Falmouth Town Warrant for voting on November 10, 2015
Town Meeting Members are going to be asked to vote on Article 2 below in quotation marks “
“ARTICLE 2: To see if the Town will vote to support the Board of Selectmen’s efforts toward maximizing the benefits and thereby minimizing any financial burden to Falmouth’s citizens from operation of the Town’s municipal turbines at its Wastewater Treatment Facility at 154 Blacksmith Shop Road, West Falmouth, MA. Or do or take any other action on the matter.”
Folks, anyone who speaks and reads English can’t understand what exactly Article 2 means. No one can understand it.
Article 2 is written to be highly complex, intricate and devious.
The Oct 5th Select Board meeting was video taped by the local Falmouth Cable TV Government channel as it always is.
The Oct 5th Select Board meeting was also video taped by a renewable energy contractor listed on the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center data base and member of the Friends of Falmouth Wind for future legal confirmation of the explanation.
What the citizens of Falmouth and Town Meeting Members need to know is the verbal explanation of Article 2 that was given to the Falmouth Select Board who then endorsed the article for Town Meeting.
Article 2 was explained as a method to take the homes of the wind turbine victims. The video goes on to explain several ways to take homes and increase the renewable energy capacity of the Waste Water Treatment Plant
Town Meeting Members are going to be asked to take the residential homes of the victims who have been suffering the affects of the wind turbines for the last 5 plus years. The residential home owners are the original stake holders. The time to take the homes by eminent domain was 5 plus years ago not after the town broke Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection laws.
The operation of the turbines has now become part of an “agenda” to keep them operating at a cost of the health, property rights and now a direct impact on the Falmouth taxpayers in an eminent domain litigation strategy that could go on 5 to 8 years.
Everyone in Falmouth needs to watch the video and then confront your Select Board and ask why they endorsed Article 2
