We have to ask about actions committed by the Falmouth Select board and the servile Board of Health including assault on wind power victims, accepting large state offered bribes, collusion with the wind power industry agenda that controls every political decision in Massachusetts, illegal pressure to evict the affected wind turbine victims by eminent domain, and plans to continue to defraud the taxpaying public for many millions of dollars for the foreseeable future.
The Town of Falmouth has a squad of lawyers involved in the wind turbine fray. There is a feeding frenzy going on. They know they have a whale on the hook at taxpayer expense.

A political group within Falmouth town government has now branded the up to 200 residential families living around the wind turbines as “obstacles.” They want Town Meeting Members to view the victims of the turbines as an old newspaper that should be kicked to the curb. When was the last time you or anyone you knows determined your friends and family are “obstacles.”
The citizens of the Town of Falmouth have to wonder down the road when you or your family may become an “obstacle.”
This year alone the town is asking another $350,000.00 for additional legal fees to fight their own citizens at taxpayer expense. The wind turbines started operation in 2010. The legal costs of the turbines litigation could easily surpass the original purchase price of the two town owned wind turbines over the life of the turbines.
The taking of 40 residential homes by eminent domain would result in 5 to 8 years of additional contested litigation at taxpayer expense. The actions appear to be anarchy and piracy. It is antithetical to civility and protection of those most vulnerable; children, children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD, the elderly, anyone who must remain sharp of mind to perform their work, and that includes everyone in the ILFN impact zone.
Diminution in value is arguably the best measure of true economic loss. The homes that are not taken by eminent domain would file litigation for a diminished value because they live in a neighborhood with the taken properties.
The Article 2 eminent domain proposal would trigger the 200 residential home owners into Massachusetts Civil Procedure Rule 23; Class Action lawsuit.
The town is faced with a bad acoustical noise test process prior to the installation of the first wind turbine Falmouth Wind 1. The town in addition hid a five year old noise warning letter from the wind manufacturer Vestas. General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to build wind turbines in Falmouth over set back issues.
The town also avoided the Special Permit process as it would have required additional studies and notifications.
The town never conducted health studies about the relationship of the megawatt turbines to the 200 residential homes within thousands of feet of the turbines.
What is more perplexing is why the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today known as the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center dropped the noise and health warning of two distinct types of noise for the Falmouth installations. The two types of noise are state regulatory noise measured in decibels and human annoyance also known as infra sound or low frequency noise.
A Falmouth Select Board member said at a public meeting the news media and local people have got this all wrong. It’s not wrong its on video tape !
What’s wrong is the disregard of the homes and health of the families around the wind turbines.
It is frightening to believe that we breath the same air and walk the same streets as those who would, with the flick of a finger, rid and remove Falmouth families , who have opposing views based on truth and some of whom are the living proof of the negative impact of the industrial wind turbines.
There is enough medical evidence now to utterly refute the official blather that accuses the harmed residents of making these things up.
Where are the attorneys who will bring suit against the renegade government of Falmouth?
The whole world is watching this, Falmouth.

“ARTICLE 2: To see if the Town will vote to support the Board of Selectmen’s efforts toward maximizing the benefits and thereby minimizing any financial burden to Falmouth’s citizens from operation of the Town’s municipal turbines at its Wastewater Treatment Facility at 154 Blacksmith Shop Road, West Falmouth, MA. Or do or take any other action on the matter.”
