Falmouth Board Treats Superior Court Judge As Court Jester
Falmouth Select Board Files Tenth Wind Turbine Lawsuit . Ground Zero For Poorly Placed Wind Turbines Taking Health and Property- USA Victims

Falmouth Massachusetts megawatt wind turbine litigation last night hit ten active lawsuits no end in sight.
Brief court history of Falmout treatment of Massachusetts Court System:
In 2013 on November 7 Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher Muse was faced with placing a preliminary injunction that would have shut down the Falmouth wind turbines 24 hours a day until a hearing November 21, 2013.
The judge agreed with a compromise from both sides on a verbal agreement to shut the turbines 12 hours a day from 7 PM to 7 AM.
The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals had found by the court date in 2013 the wind turbines are a nuisance.
Barnstable Superior Court Judge Muse said during the court proceedings the wind turbine abutters have been injured.
One week later the Falmouth Select Board refused to honor the agreement because the town said the representatives didn't have the authority to make the agreement and it was not in writing. My first question was what were they doing there if not to come to some kind of agreement.
The Falmouth Select Board then ignored the verbal agreement and continued operating the turbines on the old schedule. One member of the Select Board wanted to operate the wind turbines 24 hours a day despite the verbal court agreement with Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher Muse. So much for the court system.
Make sure to get any offers from the Town of Falmouth signed and in black and white.
It became clear the town was ignoring the health and property rights of the megawatt wind turbines and now thought Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher Muse was just a Court Jester ignoring the verbal agreement.
Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher Muse shortly shut the turbines down 12 hours a day and not on Sunday.
Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher Muse and the general public at this time in 2013 were also unaware that the Town of Falmouth was hiding negative documents, letters and memos from the public.
The Town of Falmouth had recieved a noise warning letter in 2010 from the manufacturer of the turbines, Vestas, that the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise. The town had an April 2, 2013 memo from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center that the original acoustic noise tests for Falmouth Wind 1 were extrapolated. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center had dropped warnings of two distinct types of noise from the Falmouth wind preliminary study. Those types of noise are defined as "regulatory" measured in decibels and " human annoyance" today known as infra sound.
Knowing all the written certified noise complaints from the neighbors why did the town hide negative documents, letters and memos from the public unless they are guilty.
The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals denied a special permit for Falmouth Wind 1 on April 14 2016. The turbine is no longer operating.
The Falmouth Select Board announced last 4/25/16 night they will go to court to appeal the denial of the special permit for Falmouth Wind 1

How much longer will the Massachusetts court system allow the Town of Falmouth to judicially obfuscate the wind turbines to deny the victims their right to the American Dream of home ownership and the right to enjoy their homes. The home owners are the original stakeholders
