The Falmouth Board of Health is guilty of ecofascism wind turbine censorship

Ecofascism is a totalitarian government that requires individuals to sacrifice their interests to the well-being and glory of the majority. Its only intention is to fleece you out of your hard earned money and property why all the while telling you it is good for you.

The wind turbine scandals’ cost to the public purse is untold; the cost to health and public confidence in government leadership incalculable.

The Falmouth Board of Health should promote, enact, and enforce all health and environmental laws, rules and regulations for everyone. The officials who ignore the health and safety of a few for the benefit of a majority are government officials who abuse the public trust.

Falmouth followed a dominant one-party Democratic state megawatt wind turbine agenda experiment that today has become a massive health issue across the state in as many as twenty one communities. These towns in general tend to have more problematic rates of violations of the public trust.

The Falmouth BOH cherry picked wind turbine documents to send to the Zoning Board of Appeals hearings on the pemitting process of Falmouth Wind 1.

The board is aware the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has notified the town in 2012 that the turbines break state noise regulations and the town hid a noise warning letter from the manufacturer dated August 2010 that the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise. Seven decibels or twice as loud as the studies conducted prior to the installation of the first turbine. The result is these is no noise study at all for Falmouth Wind 2.

After the year 2010 in order to file a noise complaint against the commercial megawatt wind turbines in Falmouth you had to file a certified written noise complaint to the Falmouth Board of Health. Thousands of complaints have been made. The question is why these aren’t at the Zoning Board of Appeals today.

On March 5, 2016 the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will determine the fate of Falmouth wind turbine number one. The ZBA along with the public should be asking where are the thousands of certified board of health written noise complaints from the citizens of Falmouth ?

The Falmouth Board of Health has not sent the thousands of noise complaints to the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals for their review.

The Falmouth Board of Health has made the choice to ignore the thousands of noise complaints leading to a lack of sleep and health problems from the Vestas wind turbines that produce up to 110 decibels of noise. The Falmouth Board of Health searched the world to find a study that would benefit the financial interest of the turbines and discount the victims complaints and their health.

The Falmouth Board of Health’s health study (June 11, 2012) confirms the sleep study’s conclusion for complaints.

Falmouth Board of Health Chairperson Jared Goldstone in 2013 summarized: Wind turbine abutters have expressed concerns to the Board of Health for the past 3 years about the negative health effects of the turbines. The Board of Health established a complaint log to document complaints. The board held a hearing in May of 2012 in response to concerns.

The DEP and DPH convened a panel to study the issue and concluded that wind turbines did disrupt sleep. Board members have reviewed large amounts of data and literature about this issue.

Wind turbines have caused, and continue to cause, significant harm to residents.

There is no law to allow or impose such harm on residents.

We have witnessed the unfolding events in Falmouth over the past several years with a growing sense of shock and disbelief​ as the town government has hardened its position against those who have suffered most profoundly from the bumbling incompetence and gross negligence of the Energy Committee, Board of Selectman and Board of Health, all of whom have at one time or another abdicated their responsibility under the law and their duty to the citizens in Falmouth.
