FALMOUTH EMINENT DOMAIN THREAT POSES A THREAT TO RENEWABLE ENERGY NATIONWIDE

THE TOWN OF FALMOUTH CLAIMS IT HAS THE RIGHT TO HARM ITS OWN CITIZENS, FOR ITS OWN FINANCIAL GAIN.

NOW AFTER 5 PLUS YEARS OF A NOISE DESCRIBED AS TORTURE PREPARATIONS ARE BEING MADE TO TAKE THEIR HOMES BY EMINENT DOMAIN

Falmouth wind turbine victims are now living under the threat of eminent domain by Article 2 proposed for the November 10, 2015 Special Town Meeting.

For the last 5 plus years residential home owners have been living with a noise described as torture. Victims complain of nausea tinnitus, dizziness, migraines and insomnia.

The Article 2 poses a threat to the rights of Falmouth residents and all American property owners, particularly those who are disadvantaged and lack the financial resources and political connections to fight back.

Falmouth officials continue to deny the true story about very high cost, low value electricity from wind energy and ignore completely its adverse environmental, economic, electric system reliability impacts, and its damaging impact on ordinary citizens, taxpayers, and electricity users. They are still following a failed “agenda.”

History :

In 2008 Governor Deval Patrick committed Massachusetts to a goal of installing 2,000 Megawatts of wind energy before 2020. To date Massachusetts has only installed 100 megawatts. The failures can be directly blamed on what happened in Falmouth taking the health and property rights of a minority of citizens creating a group of second class citizens. The Massachusetts state constitution forbids the creation of second class citizens.

As many as 17 Massachusetts communities have poorly sited wind turbines. These second class citizens across the Commonwealth are considered “collateral damage” in an actual all out political war of fossil fuels. Our citizens health is being ignored for a false claim of financial gain.

Former Governor Patrick is no stranger to people losing their homes. Deval Patrick prior to being elected governor was named a national co-chair of of ACC Capital Holdings, the parent company of Ameriquest Mortgage. The collapsing home prices from sub prime mortgage defaults and risky investments on mortgage-backed securities burst the housing bubble in 2008.

The Massachusetts wind turbine “agenda” relied on absolute obedience of all subordinates to their superiors. The Town of Falmouth heavily dependant on state grants was demanded unquestioning obedience to the wind turbine renewable energy agenda.

Eminent Domain :

The following information is the verbal presentation of Article 2 at the Falmouth Select Board Meeting Oct 5 , 2015 as shown at the one hour and thirty minute mark, 1:30 , on Falmouth CTV’s Government Channel.

The presenter describes the options of taking the homes of wind turbine victims by eminent domain.

The presentation describes several other methods and options on how to take the homes around the wind turbines away from the residential home owners. The Article 2 at the end says “Or do or take any other action on the matter.” The verbal description of Article 2 in the video describes the methods of taking the victims homes by eminent domain.

The endorsement of Article 2 by the Select Board is almost one hour later at the two hour and twenty four minute mark, 2:24 minutes
