Commercial Megawatt Wind Turbines : Violations of the Public Trust

Re : Land based commercial wind turbines vs residential health, property rights and assault and battery on the environment.

Massachusetts over the past eight years has declared an actual real war of fossil fuels. The choice of weapons was the commercial megawatt turbine. Sadly residents in as many as twenty one communities have become collateral damage in the war on fossil fuels taking health and property rights with no compensation creating a second class group of citizens in Massachusetts.

This is a violation of the public trust.

Falmouth Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed megawatt wind turbines in the United States. Falmouth Town Meeting is spending up to $300,000.00 every six months on wind turbine litigation.

The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals denied Falmouth Wind 1 a Special Permit it has been shut off since Oct 2015

The second turbine Falmouth Wind II only operates 12 hours a day and not on Sunday

Falmouth has (9) nine lawsuits against the turbines

On Monday April 25, 2016 the Falmouth Select Board is considering a tenth lawsuit against its own Zoning Board of Appeals

The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals in a 38 article review denied Falmouth Wind 1 a Special Permit.

The ZBA is a judicial board to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A.

This no matter what the town officials tell you this is a legal ruling. Massachusetts town zoning boards are semi-judical boards.

The commercial wind business in Massachusetts is a bunco scheme of enormous consequence. The people who value intellectual honesty should not quietly be fleeced by such mendacity, even from their government officials. 

The only ones getting rich here are the lawyers. Falmouth is making plenty of incredibly rich lawyers out there.
