They couldn’t sell the turbine at auction.
The MassCEC recently gave the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million dollars of state taxpayer money to pay the related litigation costs of the town in an effort to outspend the wind turbine victims and make them leave their homes
A 2010 August letter from Vestas wind company the manufacturer of the turbines shows the town had been made aware the turbines produce 110 decibels of noise almost double the specifications prior to the installations.
A 2013 April memo from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to the Town of Falmouth reveals they too were aware the turbines were too loud prior to installations. The MassCEC : “ over-estimated the likely acoustic impact, that study did not include a detailed acoustic analysis based upon sampling of ambient acoustic conditions “
For the sake of humanity the Massachusetts of Federal courts have to step in to stop the insanity !
