Falmouth held a an almost 4 hour long Zoning Board of Appeals meeting Thursday January 14, 2016

The news media once again has made the choice of not reporting negative news when it comes to commercial wind turbines. The media has no code of ethics as wind industry watch dogs but rather has become proponents of commercial wind at the expense of health and property rights for a failed state agenda. One local editor on retirement went to work for the New Bedford Wind Energy Center.

The real threat came to free speech this week when several wind turbine victims were scolded during their two minutes of input at the end of the Falmouth ZBA meeting. Proponent’s of the wind turbines were allowed to brand the attorneys protecting the victims as liars.

Apparently the media thought that the presentation of medical documentation from the victims to the Zoning Board of Appeals was not in the best interest of general public and the wind agenda. One of many victims provided what looked like five or more pounds of personal medical documentation. Many other victims produced their own private medical files as documentation of the torturous noise.

The Falmouth ZBA is considering Special Permit 240 -166 for Falmouth wind turbine number one. The Massachusetts court system has ruled the turbines were illegally permitted. The courts shut down the wind turbines because the victims described the noise from the turbines as torture. The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has found the turbines out of state noise compliance.

Now the Falmouth ZBA has a priority of ensuring the health and safety of ourselves and those around the wind turbines. The medical documentation is not good news for issuing a special permit. Nor is the omissions of letters,memos and many other documents including the fact that as many as 97 people made complaints about the noise from Falmouth Wind I.

There are 200 residential homes modeled in the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) concerned with wind turbine noise.

The Town of Falmouth agreed the purpose of the Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) was to engage in an open, transparent negotiations with the wind turbine victims. The Town of Falmouth hid memos, letters and documents during those negotiations.

The Town of Falmouth also in 2010 hid a noise warning from Vestas wind company that the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise.The 110 decibels of noise is twice the noise level of the smaller General Electric wind turbines used in decibel mapping of the residential neighborhoods.

In global news Vestas wind company former CEO Engel Ditlev has stated that nothing can be done to stop the low frequency noise from commercial wind turbines. The State of Massachusetts embarrassed over the placement of commercial wind turbines far too close to residential homes has refused to acknowledge low frequency noise while the entire world is changing setbacks to these monstrous wind turbine noise machines to as much as 3000 feet.

The new Cape Cod Commission wind turbine setbacks call for ten times the width of the turbines or between 2600 and 3000 feet from residential homes. Your not going to read this type of news in the mainstream media.

How will we tear down the outrageous behavior of the main stream media from the embrace of their whores advocating taking the health and property rights of our citizens.

Editors and politicians live in their mansions and operate the presses far away from wind turbine zones.
