Falmouth More Incriminating Wind Turbine Documents Found
The purpose of the Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) was to engage in an open, transparent, and collaborative exploration of the range of options for the long-term future of the Town’s two Wind Turbines – Wind I and Wind II.
Almost $400,000.00 dollars of taxpayer funds were used to conduct the options meetings for the wind turbines.
Month after month we have found documents withheld from the Falmouth Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process (WTOP) conducted by the Consensus Building Institute (CBI). Today documents are dropping like apples from the trees all around us.
The August 3, 2010 wind turbine letter from Vestas wind company warning the turbines generate 110 decibels of noise almost double the specifications. Never included in the meetings. The Town of Falmout had posession of the letter during the entire Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process
The September 12, 2012 CBI-WTOP video that asked the question was the 6 million in ARRA stimulus funds a loan or a grant remains missing never seen by the public. The video was “ lost ? “
The admission by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center they had known about the “ mistakes” in noise tests for Falmout Wind 1 never devulged in the process.
Now we find Falmouth site screening report from April 2005 not included in Wind Turbine Option Analysis Process
There are even more questions now because the Falmouth site screening report from April 2005 was never posted on the Falmouth Energy Committee Town Web Site !
Folks, There are too many “mistakes.” Too many “lost videos.” Too many “ forgotten studies.” Too many “ omissions.”
Our politicians are taking our health, property and income. Why isn’t the Consensus Building Institute (CBI) outraged their reputation is on the line here.
In the most recent incriminating study they didn’t want you to see in 2005 they knew they needed a Special Permit to install Falmout Wind 1 :
Section 6.2.2 Town Code The recommended location is on land Zoned as Public Use.
A Special Use Permit is required for construction and operation of windmills in the Town of Falmouth.
