The Massachusetts General Public Has Become Acutley Aware Of A Systematic Effort To Hide Negative Wind Turbine Documents Statewide
Falmouth Obscene Taxpayer Rip Off Falmouth Wind Turbines.
In 2006 Massachusetts Governor Patrick started a commercial megawatt wind turbine renewable energy agenda of 2000 megawatts of wind power by the year 2020.
The agenda called for placing commercial wind turbines in highly populated areas of SE Mass and Cape Cod where there is high wind resources for commercial wind.
The placement of the commercial wind turbines in as many as seventeen communities has caused health and illegal property takings with no compensation. Falmouth is ground zero for poorly placed wind turbine in the United States.
The father of the Green Communities Act, former Massachusetts Speaker of the House Sal DiMasi is currently serving eight years in federal jail.
The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today know as the Mass Clean Energy Center was the original owner of a Vestas V-82 commercial wind turbine in the 1.65 megawatt class.Today know as Falmouth Wind 1.
The state agency and everyone involved in the installation of Falmouth wind turbine # 1 was aware the turbine was too loud to be placed near residential communities.
First in order to place Falmouth Wind 1 the agency dropped the reference to two distinct types of noise: “Regulatory” measured in decibels and “human annoyance.” The question that should be asked a jury is : Why did the state agency drop the reference to two distinct types of noise knowing the reference had caused problems building wind turbines in Mattapoisett, Rochester and Marion prior to the Falmouth turbines ?
Second the Mass Clean Energy Center sent a memo to the Town of Falmouth in April of 2013 admitting they made “ mistakes “ in the noise tests prior to the installation of Falmouth Wind 1. Why did the town ignore the memo ? Why weren’t Town Meeting Members made aware of the memo ?
Third the Town of Falmouth hid for 5 years a noise warning from Vestas Wind Company that the turbine generates almost double the regulatory noise as specified. Why did the town hide the letter.
Last General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to build a single wind turbine in Falmouth because of set backs. The town went forward buying two even larger turbines that were foreign made. In the application for ARRA stimulus funds for Falmouth Wind 2 the waiver application said the town was going to file a special permit for the turbine which it did not.
Knowing the domestic company refused to build as single turbine why did the town go forward building two larger turbines ?
Knowing these simple facts everyone involved in the installations deceived the taxpayers and town meeting members by simply omitting all negative information about the wind turbines.
There is no other way to say it the project is a pile of lies, omissions and misrepresentations. The Town of Falmouth over the past 5 plus years has systematically continued the fiasco.
The news media is currently in the process of trying to scare town meeting members as it has in the past threatening a loss of 15 million dollars and revenue if the turbines are shut down.
What the news media is not telling you is the town is guilty lies, omissions and misrepresentations installing the turbines. How much is the apology going to cost ?
The Town of Falmouth owes up to 200 families around the turbines, a minority class of citizens, an apology. The only apology today through the court system is money. How much is the Town of Falmouth knowingly guilty of placing these wind turbines going to have to pay the wind turbine victims ?
The Town of Falmouth is still placing money before health knowing these simple facts above. The town is using your tax dollars in court to try and outspend the wind victims and make them move away. The resolve of the victims is not going away.
It is apparant today the town had always known the turbines were too loud. The residents of Falmouth and town meeting members need to start asking questions of your Select Board. The Select Board is not going to tell you anything. The wind turbine discussions have been held behind closed doors in executive session. The Select Board is taking its orders from Beacon Hill and its going to fall financially on the backs of the Falmouth taxpayers.
Let’s put it this way : If you were on a jury and were told what happened in Falmouth how much would you award one family for 5 plus years for the illegal installations of two wind turbines that created a noise described as torture ? Now multiple that figure plus the legal expenses for the victims times the number of families that are going to come forward
Why did they hide these documents ?
