FALMOUTH OFFICIALS GO CYA MODE OVER SPECIAL WIND TURBINE PERMITS

Where are the proper original Vestas engineering standards, specifications and mechanics used to install the two town owned wind turbines ?


On January 14 the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will continue hearings to permit their two illegally installed wind turbines.

First the town installed two Vestas V-82 commercial wind turbines.

No one has never seen the proper original Vestas engineering standards, specifications and mechanics used to install the two town owned wind turbines. It appears the Falmouth Waste Water Superintendent was in charge of the installations . No one to this day knows who was in charge.

The turbines were purchased by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative in 2006.

General Electric a domestic wind turbine company refused to place smaller wind turbines in Falmouth over setback issues.

Massachusetts Technology Collaborative never included warnings of two distinct types of sound from wind turbines “regulatory”and “human annoyance” aka known today as”infra sound.” MTC pays Falmouth one million dollars to take the first turbine off their hands.

These warnings were in all other boiler plate studies prior to Falmouth.

As soon as the turbines started to operate noise and health complaints started the main complaint lack of sleep.

2010 Town of Falmouth in its application to buy a foreign wind turbine with federal stimulus ARRA funds told the federal EPA they were going to file special permit 240-166 to build the wind turbine.

In column number 3 of the waiver Page 22130 : The Town never filed a Special Permit for Falmouth Wind II.

The town lied to the federal government to get a 6 million dollar loan

2011 Mary L. (Pat) Flynn ( D ) Democrat Falmouth, the representative from the Barnstable County Board of County Commissioners, voted in favor of the new wind turbine regulations( 2600 to 3000 feet )for the Cape Cod Commision . Mary Pat Flynn (D) Democrat is also a member of the Falmouth Select Board.

2011 the Chief Executive Officer of Vestas wind company CEO Engel Ditlev wrote a letter to Karen Ellemann about low frequency noise. The CEO responded that Vestas does not have the technologhy to stop the noise.

2011 Massachusetts Speaker of the House Sal DiMasi was convicted of corruption and sent to a federal prison for eight years. Sal was the father of the Massachusetts Green Communities Act. At his trial it was revealed former Governer Patrick used the fake email sally.reynolds@state.ma.us. It is believed he used the email to avoid FOIA request from citizens over emails with wind turbine contractors

May 2012 Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection notifies Select Board member Mary Pat Flynn the town is breaking state noise regulations wih its wind turbines.

A jury could only conclude that the Town of Falmouth is again guilty of telling the public lies, after its refusal to come clean with the facts of taking the health and property rights of citizens with NO compensation

Testimony has been provided to the Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals from the company that did the original wind studies. The acknowledge the 110 decibels of noise from the two Vestas wind turbines but have never inputted the information onto a topographical map of the area in decibels.

The topography of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and residential homes has never been included in any of the studies.
