Falmouth Police Issue Alert for 2 Sex Offenders

Falmouth police issued an alert for two sex offenders living in town.
James Puliti (left) and Everett Battles are required to register their address each year after they were convicted of heinous sex crimes against young children.
Puliti, 32, lives at 188 Palmer Ave., Apt. 2 and works at 105 Trowbridge Rd. in Bourne. He was convicted of indecent assault against a child under the age of 14 in 2006 and lewdness in 2008.

Battles, 52, lives at 85 Grace Ct. and works at 1436 Iyannough Rd. in Hyannis. He was convicted of indecent assault against a child under the age of 14 in 2008.
Both are “Level 3”—the classification for the most dangerous sex offenders who are at a ”high risk” to reoffend. Currently, they are not wanted for any crimes and using this information to harass them is a crime.
