How much negative information hidden from public over installations of wind turbines ?
How many have lost health, property rights and taxpayer ongoing litigation ?
1. Did the Town of Falmouth, former Select Board Member Rebecca Moffit and town attorney agree in court in front of a judge in 2013 to mediation agreement and then one week later refuse to follow that agreement ?
2. Did the Town of Falmouth initiate the Wind Turbine Options Analysis Process to mediate the wind turbines at a cost of $139,000.00 to taxpayers in which they agreed to open honest negotiations with neighbors of the wind turbines but instead hid danger warning noise emails and a letter for 5 years ?

3. Did a map produced by KEMA in 2005 show that General Electric a domestic wind turbine rated at 103 decibels of noise refused to place a wind turbine because of setbacks and ice throw to rte 28 ?
Last : The 2005 KEMA map showed that GE decibels levels would exceed 40 decibels on Black Smith Shop Road why did the town go forward buying Vestas turbines that were twice as loud as the GE domestic wind turbine company.
How today can the Town of Falmouth justify paying litigation fees for up to $300,000.00 every 6 months at taxpayers expense ?
The 2010 Vestas "Smoking Gun:" noise warning : This letter was hidden for 5 years
“The Town has previously been provided with the Octave Band Data / Sound performance for the V82 turbine. This shows that the turbine normally operates at 103.2dB but the manufacturer has also stated that it may produce up to 110dB under certain circumstances.”
