FALMOUTH SELECT BOARD IN CHAOS OVER WIND TURBINE COURT RULING
MASS SUPERIOR COURT RULES FALMOUTH BROKE LAWS NEEDS SPECIAL PERMITS TO OPERATE WIND TURBINES CHAOS & OBFUSCATION -REALITY HAS NOT SUNK I

TOWN OF FALMOUTH CHAOTIC WIND TURBINE PRESS RELEASE
The Town of Falmouth has received notice of a decision by the Supreme Judicial Court to deny the Town’s recent application for Further Appellate Review in the Appeals Court determination that the Town must secure a special permit from its Board of Appeals to operate its wind turbines.
The details of the impacts of this decision are being reviewed by Town officials and will be further discussed with members of the Board of Selectmen at a noticed meeting in the near future.
No further comments or speculation would be appropriate at this time.
