Wind turbine plaintiffs attorney today in Massachusetts land court , 6/24/2016, filed a revised motion to intervene and a motion to transfer their other zoning case involving the same parties in superior court .

Expert disclosures are due by September 30, 2016.
Expert disclosures will comply at a minimum with requirements for expert interrogatories.
Parties have leave to take expert depositions.
The discovery period closes on October 31, 2016.
