Massachusetts & Falmouth fails those who seek and deserve government protection. In so doing, it violates basic human rights and erodes public safety by making it less likely that victims will seek justice when they believe they will be met with abusive treatment, inaction, or indifference. Aka, The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is paying lawyers hired by the town trying to outspend the victims.

“The town has financial obligations regarding Wind I, including payments on a bond, and the requirement to pay [Massachusetts Clean Energy Center] for renewable energy certificates not delivered if Wind I operates fewer than 70 hours per week on average, unless there’s a court order regarding an operational time less than that,” said Jones.

Note; There has been NO discussion of health or safety of the citizens of Falmouth after the most recent finding the Town of Falmouth is guilty of breaking the law. It’s obvious the board is being coached.

The Town of Falmouth has never discussed the August 2010 noise warning from Vestas wind company that the turbines generate 110 decibels twice the specified noise levels, a memo from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center April 2013 that the Falmouth Wind 1 turbine acoustical noise were wrong before the installation, thousands of written documented noise complaints and at least two major wind noise studies that relate to regulatory noise and human annoyance noise ( infra-sound )
