In order for this to happen citizens must have access to information about where public money comes from, where it goes, and what it delivers.

Its time for a joint task force of state and federal investigators to look into the finances of the two Falmouth wind turbines. Falmouth Wind 1 and Falmouth Wind 2 --
How many times have these wind turbines been paid for ? The taxpayers need an explanation !
Falmouth Wind 1 was purchased by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center paid for by Massachusetts electric rate payers then sold a second time from the MassCEC to the Town of Falmouth along with a one million dollar bribe in rate payers money. They couldn’t sell the turbine at an auction !
Falmouth Wind 2 was purchased with 6 million from the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act our federal tax dollars. State officials have said the money is only a loan if the turbines are shut down and Falmouth taxpayers have to pay back the loan paying for the turbine again and again.
How many times do you pay for the same wind turbine ? Follow the money !
Why is the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center acting as judge and jury paying the legal fees of the town while trying to bankrupt the wind turbine victims paying without anyone helping to pay their fees ?
Attorney General Maura Healey is the chief lawyer and law enforcement officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Attorney General has a Civil Rights Division which enforces and safeguards Constitutional and statutory civil rights and liberties on behalf of Massachusetts residents.
For the last 5 years in Falmouth and the state of Massachusetts has created a second class group of citizens known as the “wind turbine victims.” The Massachusetts constitution forbids the creation of second class citizens.
The victims still endure several types of noise from the wind turbines, one of which is state regulatory noise regulations. The reference to “human annoyance” used in prior studies was dropped in the Falmouth studies.
State officials have chosen to ignore the state laws and promote the idea residential wind turbine victims should give up their health and property rights with NO compensation for the majority.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center a semi quasi state agency with no legislative or judicial oversight over the years has indoctrinated the general public into believing residents need to lose constitutional rights to help the majority of residents.
The MassCEC is paying the Town of Falmouth 1.8 million to help pay the town wind turbine litigation fees while ignoring the wind turbine victims legal fees victimizing them again.
The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center is using funds from the renewable energy tax on your electric bills to pay for the Town of Falmouth litigation fees.
Massachusetts politicians are well versed in litigation and understands 42 U.S.C. 1983 Civil action for deprivation of rights yet chooses to ignore the wind turbine victims.
Thousands of written certified complaints have been filed in Massachusetts about harmful, low-frequency sound, regulatory infractions and distracting shadows caused by the turbines described by the victims as torture.
Massachusetts looks at wind turbine victims as collateral damage in their political “Agenda “ war on fossil fuels and has principally targeted a minority of residents.
